Wowo’s is an online shop (the Service) that offers high end valeting and detailing supplies.
Acceptance of Terms.
By accessing the content of www.wowos.co.uk (“the Website”) you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately. You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information. You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
All intellectual property of Wowo’s such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Detailing Factory Ltd. By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Detailing Factory Ltd and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.
The information is provided on the understanding that the Website is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be wholly relied upon when making any related decision. The information contained within the Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis with no warranties expressed or otherwise implied relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the www.wowos.co.uk website and cannot provide any representation that using the website will be error free. Wowo’s also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.
The Website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by other parties. We do not control such websites and we take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of views, statements or information contained in such websites.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Wowo’s reserves the right to refund any monies received in relation to an order and cancel the order if it believes the order to be fraudulent or malice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Scotland and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of Scottish courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by a court under such jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which will continue to have full force and effect.

We aim to reply within 2 working days from when we receive your complaint. If it is not possible to give you a full reply within this time – for instance, because a detailed investigation is required – we will give you an interim response, telling you what is being done to deal with your complaint, when you can expect the full reply and from whom. That full reply will include details of who to contact next if you believe your complaint has not been dealt with properly. This Complaints Procedure does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Description of Goods/Warranty and Liability.
We warrant that the goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by us. Except where the Customer is dealing as a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, section 12) all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or conditions of the goods whether implied by Statute, Common Law or otherwise are excluded and the Customer warrants that the Customer is satisfied as to the Suitability of the Goods for the Customer’s purpose Goods are not sold on a trial basis. All products should be tested on an inconspicuous area prior to use to make sure of compatibility with surfaces. Detailing Factory is no liable or any damage which could occur.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or is charged at an incorrect price due to an error on the website, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
If for any reason you are issued with a refund, please note the following: We will apply the refund to your original method of payment usually within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please note certain credit card companies may take a further 2-10 business day to post to your account. We reserve the right to refund you within 30 days of the return.
On receiving an order by 12pm we aim to process that order on the same day depending on stock availability. We do not guarantee to ship the item on the day the order is received. If paying for economy delivery (£3.90 mainland UK) please allow 2-3 days for delivery. During sale periods such as Black Friday, New Years etc, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship from the time of placing the order. We are extremely busy at these times so order processing and shipping can and will take longer than usual.
On receiving goods please inspect them for damage. Any damage to the goods through fault or damage in transit must be reported within 48 of delivery or collection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund after this time period as we have a limited time period in which to report issues to our couriers.
